At Z C Designz, every piece is lovingly handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because each resin art piece is unique and made by hand, we ask that you review this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final on Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized resin pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns on Non-Custom Items
We accept returns on non-custom items within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at ZCDesignz.com@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide details on the issue with the item, and 2 or more photos of the product prior to return.
Please note: A 15% restocking fee will be applied upon approved return.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit in place of a refund for eligible items. Refunds to the original payment method are offered only in cases of damage or defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Care Instructions for Resin Art
To keep your piece looking its best:
- Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing
- Avoid extreme heat (do not leave in a hot car)
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Do not submerge in water
