Processing Time

Because most items are made to order and customizable, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time includes creating, finishing, quality-checking, and packaging your order.

Please note:

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Custom and personalized orders may require the full processing window.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options

Once your order has been processed, you may choose from the following shipping methods at checkout:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, ZCDesignz is not responsible for delays caused by:

Holidays
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you with the next steps.
